Free for Remote Job Seekers
Accessing job listings, uploading your resume, and analyzing your skill proximity radar is completely free for individual applicants.
Direct Employer Applications
Job applications redirect you directly to official employer boards or company portals. Remotlynk is not a hiring intermediary or agent.
Advisory AI Guidance
AI Copilot cover letters and mock interview prompts are strategic suggestions designed to inspire you, not guarantees of employment.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing Remotlynk, whether as an unregistered visitor exploring job listings or an authenticated candidate utilizing our radar matching algorithms, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must immediately cease accessing the platform and refrain from uploading resumes or using our features.
2 Platform Services
Remotlynk is an open radar platform for distributed workers across the globe. Our software provides:

Aggregated Remote Opportunities: Curated job positions verified for fully remote or flexible work arrangements across multiple job categories.

Transparent Proximity Radar: Explainable skill-matching calculations illustrating which technical or domain capabilities match specific job postings.

Career Copilot Advisory: Interactive AI interview preparation, CV audit reviews, and cover letter draft tailoring.
3 Accounts & Authentication
Access to personalized features — including resume uploads, customized radar proximity calculations, CV review diagnostics, and direct application shortcuts — requires sign-in via Google Single Sign-On (OAuth 2.0).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Google account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access to your Remotlynk account.
4 Resume Content & Candidate Ownership
You retain all ownership and copyright in the resumes, career history summaries, and documents you submit.
By uploading content, you grant Remotlynk a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license strictly necessary to parse, anonymize, index, and compute proximity radar scores for your active session.
We do not claim ownership over your professional achievements, nor do we republish, sell, or syndicate your uploaded files to third parties.
5 AI Career Copilot Terms & Advisory Disclaimer
Advisory Purpose Only: The AI Career Copilot, mock interview simulator, and cover letter generators are designed as assistive drafting aids. They do not constitute certified career coaching, legal counsel, or guaranteed employment outcomes.
Candidate Verification: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any tailored resume lines or application materials prior to submitting them to prospective employers.
Service Availability: AI features depend on backend inference services and may be periodically subject to latency or rate limits during peak usage periods.
6 Third-Party Job Listings & Employer Sites
Remotlynk indexes job openings from employers and public remote repositories. When you click "Apply for this Job" or "Apply on Employer Site," you are redirected outside of Remotlynk to the third party's official applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) or careers portal.
Remotlynk is not responsible for the hiring practices, interview conduct, background check policies, compensation accuracy, or terms of third-party employers.
7 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:
- Uploading malicious files, worms, viruses, or payloads engineered to exploit document parsers.
- Scraping Remotlynk's radar visualizations or proprietary match algorithms via automated bots without prior written permission.
- Impersonating other professionals or fabricating fraudulent credentials on uploaded files.
- Abusing API rate limits, chat endpoints, or attempting denial-of-service against infrastructure.
8 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Platform Provided "As Is"
Remotlynk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free matching, or that using our platform will result in job offers or interview invites.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Remotlynk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
9 Modifications to Service & Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product evolutions, security standards, or legislative changes. When updates are published, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be amended.
Continued use of Remotlynk after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised agreement.
